This free online quotation generator helps you create professional business and technical quotations in your browser, with a live preview of the finished document. Add your company logo (with adjustable opacity), your company and client details, a reference ID, quotation date and valid-until date. Build the item list with descriptions, quantities and prices, set the tax rate for GST, and the subtotal, tax and grand total are calculated for you.
Commercial terms are built in. Choose FOR (delivery) or Ex-Works price basis; for Ex-Works you can add a packing & forwarding (P&F) percentage. Enter a lead time in weeks and choose standard or split payment terms, where advance, proforma (PI) and installation percentages must add up to 100%. The tool then drafts matching terms and conditions, which you can edit, add to or remove. Finish with the authorised signatory name and designation.
Export the quotation as a PDF or as an editable Word (.doc) file. Everything runs client-side, so your pricing and client data are not uploaded to a server. Note that the current version does not store quotes between sessions, so download your file before closing the page.
